Assessments

The assessments tab in the candidate's profile is a central hub for managing the candidate's assessments. From the assessments tab, you can assign new assessments from a library of options, send them via an automatically generated email, and track the candidate's progress. If assessments haven't been started, you can unassign them or provide the candidate with a direct link to complete them. Once assessments are completed, view progress and open detailed reports directly from the tab.

Key Steps

  1. Accessing the Assessments Tab:
    • Go to the job posting.
    • Click on the candidate's name in whom you are interested.
    • Open up their profile.
    • Locate the Assessments tab on the right side.
  2. Sending Assessments:
    • If no assessments are assigned, click on "Send Assessments."
    • Choose the assessments from the library (e.g., IC Behavioral, IC Ability).
    • Click on "Send to Assessments."
    • Edit the automatically generated email, ensuring to include the "Take Assessments" token.
    • Click "Send."
  3. Managing Assigned Assessments:
    • Unassign assessments if needed before completion.
    • Use the "Candidates Assessment page" link to provide candidates with direct access to their assessments.
  4. Viewing Assessment Status:
    • Check if the assessment has been completed.
    • Monitor progress through the progress bar.
    • Open the report associated with the assessment by clicking on "Open the report."

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure to include the "Take Assessments" token in the email before sending assessments to candidates.
  • Double-check assessments before sending to avoid errors.
  • Unassign assessments promptly if needed to avoid confusion for candidates.

  • Familiarize yourself with the available assessments in the library to expedite the selection process.
  • Regularly check the assessment status to stay updated on candidate progress.
  • Utilize the provided link for candidates to access their assessments conveniently.
