Interviews
The interview tab of the candidate profile your go-to feature for managing candidate interviews seamlessly. From this tab, you can access interview guides and one-way interviews that were set up in the job posting. Send one-way interviews directly to candidates, track their completion, and view responses once submitted. You can even watch recorded interviews, view transcripts, and add comments or tags. Additionally, Interview Mode offers a streamlined interface for live interviews, allowing you to review resumes, assessments, and scorecards, and make real-time notes. You can also print interview questions for offline use.
Key Steps:
- Accessing the Interview Tab:
- Navigate to the job posting.
- Find the candidate in the job.
- Click on the candidate's name to open their profile.
- Locate the interview tab on the right-hand side of the profile.
- Viewing Interview Guides and One-Way Interviews:
- The interview tab displays any interview guides and one-way interviews set up for the job posting.
- Changes made to interview guides or one-way interviews will be reflected in the candidate's profile.
- Sending One-Way Interviews:
- Click on the "send via email" button to send a one-way interview to the candidate.
- Ensure the interview link token is included in the message.
- Edit the deadline for the candidate to complete the one-way interview if needed.
- Reviewing Completed One-Way Interviews:
- Access the interview tab in the candidate's profile.
- Play the recording of the candidate's answers.
- Add comments, tag other users, download recordings, view transcripts, and print interview questions if necessary.
- Utilizing Interview Mode:
- Use the interview mode for easy interviewing in person or over a virtual meeting.
- Display the candidate's resume, profile information, assessments, and answers.
- Watch all answers, print questions, write comments, rate candidates, view evaluations, and make changes to the interview set.

- Ensure that interview guides and one-way interviews are set up correctly in the job posting to avoid confusion.
- Double-check the message before sending a one-way interview to the candidate to prevent errors.
