Scorecard
The candidate scorecard is a powerful tool to help you assess candidates based on the qualities and skills important to the job. The scorecard tab allows you to rate candidates on various attributes set up in the job posting, providing a structured way to evaluate them throughout the hiring process. Each rating contributes to an overall average, and you can leave comments to justify your ratings. You can also see ratings from other users and a consolidated rating that averages all scores. Kingsley AI can assist by evaluating candidates based on video interviews or uploaded transcripts, providing automated ratings on the selected qualities.
Key Steps:
- Go to the job posting and select the candidate of interest.
- Locate the scorecard tab at the top of the candidate's profile.
- Rate the candidate on each quality by clicking on the star ratings and optionally leave a comment to justify your rating.
- Note: the qualities on the scorecard are derived from the job posting itself.
- Check the average rating displayed after you rate the candidate on each quality.
- View ratings and comments from other users if applicable.
- Utilize the consolidated rating option to see the average of all users' ratings.
- Utilize Kingsley to evaluate candidates based on a video interview transcript.
- Provide special instructions for Kingsley if needed for customized evaluations.
- Prompt Kingsley to evaluate a candidate by choosing a completed interview or uploading an external interview transcript.
- Export the scorecard as a PDF using the "Print" button.
