Post on Job Boards

With Discovered, you can post your job to several of the world's most well known job boards. Posting to these job boards will dramatically increase your flow of applicants to your job posting, allowing you to quickly have ideal candidates at your fingertips.

Posting to Job Boards

• Access the "Find and Evaluate Talent" tab on the job posting platform.
• Click on "Post on Job Boards" under the "Find Candidates" section.
• Review the list of integrated job boards and select the ones you want to publish to.
• For most job boards, simply click on the "Publish" button to post the job listing.
• For LinkedIn, you will need to enter the company ID by following the provided instructions on how to find it on LinkedIn.
• For Snagajob, you have the option to select an industry name to associate your company with before saving.
• Consider boosting your job listing on ZipRecruiter by clicking on the "Sponsor" button and entering payment information.
• After publishing, allow for 4-6 hours for the job boards to scan the feed and display the job listing on their website.

Cautionary Notes

• Contact support if you encounter any issues with publishing on Indeed or any other job board.
• Be aware that job listings may not appear immediately on job boards after publishing due to scanning intervals.

Posting to Indeed

NOTE: If you would like to sponsor your job on Indeed through Discovered, you will first need to integrate your Discovered account with Indeed. You can follow the instructions from this article in order to do that.

Key Steps

• Ensure Job Description Requirements: Make sure the job description is at least 100 characters long for automatic posting on Indeed.
• Basic Setup:
  1. Use the "Edit" button to provide the required information.
  2. Enter an email address with a domain that matches your website's domain to comply with Indeed's standards.
• Sponsoring on Indeed:
  
  If you are a user who is assigned to only one company, you can use the Indeed plugin to sponsor your job. Please refer to this article for how to use the Indeed plugin.
  
  Otherwise, if you are a user assigned to more than one company:
  1. Confirm that your Discovered account is integrated with your Indeed account to enable the "Sponsor with Indeed" button.
  2. Click on the "Sponsor with Indeed" button.
  3. Set a campaign schedule and budget for the sponsored job.
  4. Choose between a one-time campaign or a monthly recurring budget.
• Refreshing Job Posting:
  1. Once the job is in the feed, use the "Refresh" button to update the job on Indeed.
  2. Note that you can only refresh the job once every 30 days to avoid violating Indeed's reposting standards.
