Post Jobs on Job Boards
Expand your reach by publishing jobs directly to leading job boards from Discovered. Posting increases applicant flow and helps you source qualified candidates faster.
Overview
From the Find and Evaluate Talent tab, you can publish jobs to multiple integrated boards such as ZipRecruiter, Monster, Adzuna, My Job Helper, PostJobTree, and more. Most boards only require one click to publish. Some, like LinkedIn, Snagajob, and Indeed, require additional setup.
Jobs are pushed to board feeds after publishing, but appear only when the boards scan our feed (usually every 4–6 hours).
How to Post on Job Boards
1. Open the job post
- Navigate to your job post and go to the Find and Evaluate Talent tab.
2. Go to Post on Job Boards
- In the Find Candidates section, select Post on Job Boards.
3. Publish to boards
- For most boards, click Publish to activate.
- For LinkedIn: Enter your Company ID (instructions link provided). Save, then publish.
- For Snagajob: Choose an Industry category before saving.
- For Indeed: See dedicated section below.
4. Optional: Sponsor jobs
- On ZipRecruiter, click Sponsor to boost visibility (≈$299 for 30 days).
- On Indeed, you can create one-time or recurring budget campaigns (details below).
Posting to Indeed
Discovered integrates directly with Indeed, but a few requirements apply:
- Job description length: Must be at least 100 characters. Shorter ads are not posted.
- Automatic posting: Once enabled, your jobs are automatically pushed to Indeed. You cannot unselect it.
- Email requirement: The posting email must match your company’s domain (e.g., @yourcompany.com). By default, Discovered uses the email of the job creator. You can edit it via the Edit button if needed.
Managing Indeed Posts
- Sponsor with Indeed:
Appears once your Discovered account is integrated with your Indeed account.- Choose between a one-time campaign (set start/end dates + budget) or a monthly recurring budget.
- Sponsorship increases traffic and candidate volume.
- Refresh:
Lets you repost a job on Indeed as “new” without closing/reopening.- Limit: Once every 30 days (per Indeed standards).
If Indeed Is Disabled
You’ll see a message to contact Discovered support. Our team will review your account and activate Indeed access if it meets requirements.

- You want maximum reach by posting to every available board.

- You’re hiring commission-only roles and must clarify on Snagajob and in the job description.
- You want higher candidate volume and sponsor on ZipRecruiter or Indeed.
Best Practices
- Always write job ads with at least 100 characters.
- Double-check email addresses for Indeed domain compliance.
- If sponsoring, set realistic budgets aligned with hiring urgency.
- Be patient—boards update every 4–6 hours, not instantly.
What Happens Next
Once published:
- Your job enters each board’s feed.
- Boards display it when they refresh their listings.
- Sponsored jobs gain priority placement and increased traffic.
- Candidates can apply through those boards, and their applications flow into your Discovered pipeline.
