Key Steps

  1. Accessing Interview Guide Templates:
    • Navigate to the top of the page in Discovered.
    • Click on the "Templates" button.
    • Select "Interview Guides."
  2. Creating a New Template:
    • Click on "Create New."
    • Add a template title.
    • Click on "Add Custom Question" to start adding questions.
    • Use tokens if necessary to personalize questions.
    • Add questions by typing them in and hitting "Enter" on your keyboard.
    • Reorder questions by dragging them.
    • Delete questions by clicking on the delete button and confirming.
  3. Using Generic Templates:
    • Click on the "Use Generic Template" button to access pre-made interview questionnaires.
    • Select a generic template that suits your needs.
    • Save changes to apply the template.

    • Go to "Find & Evaluate Talent."
