Resetting Your Password Using the "Forgot Password" Feature

If you're having trouble logging in with your email and password, Discovered provides a quick and secure “Forgot Password” process to help you regain access. This guide walks you through the steps to reset your password via email.

🔐 Note: If you'd rather not reset your password, you can always use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft—these are password-agnostic and often more convenient.

When Should You Use This?

You’ve forgotten your password.
You’re locked out and prefer not to use Google or Microsoft login.
You want to reset your login credentials for security reasons.

How to Reset Your Password

Navigate to the Login Page
Go to https://myaccount.discovered.ai.
Click "Forgot Password"
Beneath the Sign In button, click the Forgot Password link.
Enter Your Email Address
On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your Discovered account and click Reset Password.
Check Your Email
Open your inbox and look for an email with the subject: Request to reset your password
Click the Link in the Email
The email will include a secure reset link. Click the link to proceed.
Enter a New Password
On the reset screen, enter a new password of your choosing.
🧠 Tip: For better security, consider using an auto-suggested password from your browser or a password manager.
Return to the Login Page
After submitting your new password, you’ll be redirected to the login screen. You’ll now need to sign in with your updated password.
