Reset Your Password
Quickly recover access to your Discovered account using the “Forgot Password” feature.
Overview
If you can’t remember your password or can’t log in with your email credentials, Discovered provides a simple password reset process. You’ll receive a secure link via email to create a new password and get back into your account.
Tip: If you prefer not to reset your password, you can always use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft instead. These methods don’t require remembering your password.
How to Reset Your Password:
1. Go to the Login Page
- Visit https://myaccount.discovered.ai.
- On the sign-in screen, click Forgot Password beneath the login fields.
2. Enter Your Email Address
- Type the email address associated with your Discovered account.
- Click Reset Password.
- A confirmation message will appear letting you know a reset email has been sent.
3. Check Your Email
- Open your inbox for an email with the subject line: Request to reset your password.
- If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
4. Click the Reset Link
- Inside the email, click the secure reset link provided.
- This will take you to the password reset screen.
5. Create a New Password
- Enter a new password of your choice.
- For security, consider using an auto-suggested password from your browser or a password manager.
- Submit the new password.
6. Return to Login
- After resetting, you’ll be redirected to the login page.
- Use your new password to sign in.

- Quick recovery: Get back into your account without needing support intervention.
Troubleshooting
- Didn’t receive the email?
- Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox.
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- If needed, click Forgot Password again to resend.
- Reset link expired?
- Password reset links are time-sensitive. Repeat the reset process to generate a new link.

Best Practices
- Use a strong, unique password (ideally with upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
- Store your password in a secure password manager.
- Reset your password periodically, especially if you suspect it may have been compromised.
What Happens Next
- Once your new password is saved, it immediately replaces the old one.
- Future logins will require your updated password.
- If 2FA is enabled, you’ll still be prompted to complete that step after logging in with the new password.
