Key Steps
- Accessing Scorecard Templates:
- Find the navigation menu at the top of your screen and click on the "Templates" option.
- Click on the "Scorecard" tab.
- Creating a New Scorecard Template:
- Click on "Create New" at the top of the page.
- Enter a template title (e.g., Accountant Scorecard).
- Select qualities from categories such as abilities, skills, work styles, work activities, knowledge, work values, and interests.
- Add custom qualities if needed.
- Preview and review the qualities added.
- Remove or add qualities as necessary.
- Using Generic Templates:

- Preview the qualities identified for the selected template.
- Save the template for future use.
