Candidate Profile Overview

The candidate profile is your comprehensive tool for reviewing and managing candidate information in your job postings. In a candidate's profile, you gain access to key details such as their contact information, star rating, status, and activities. Navigate through the tabs to view their resume, contact details, education, and experience. You can also send them an application form, review or upload attachments, and rate them on important job factors using the scorecard tool. 

Key Steps

  1. Accessing the Candidate Profile:
    • Go to your job posting and locate the table of candidates.
    • Click on the candidate's name to access their profile.
  2. Profile Tabs Overview:
    • Header: Contains the candidate's name, primary contact information, current star rating, AI rating button, praise, current status, job posting, activities completed, and notifications.
    • Resume: Displays the candidate's resume file.
    • Details: Shows primary contact information and allows for editing. Provides a breakdown of the candidate's education and experience. Displays the application form if filled out, or allows you to send it to the candidate.
    • Attachments: Shows any uploaded attachments related to the candidate.
    • Scorecard: Allows rating of qualities important for the job throughout the hiring process.
    • Background Check: If integrated with Checkr, run a background check on the candidate.
    • Communications: Displays updates, messages, and notes related to the candidate.
    • Assessments: Shows completed or assigned assessments, with the option to send assessments.
    • Interview: Displays one-way interviews, interview guides, and resources for interviewing candidates.
    • Reference Checking: Shows requested references and their current state of contact for providing a reference.
