Company Settings
From anywhere in the Discovered system, you can choose your profile menu – signaled by seeing your personal icon & name. Generally, this is in the top right corner of your screen but may appear in the middle depending on your screen resolution.
Once you’ve selected this option, use the dropdown to select “Settings”. "Company Settings" will be the default tab you'll find yourself on when entering the Settings menu.
From here you’re able to…
– Add a logo for your company by choosing the “Upload new” button at the top of the page.
– Request a change for the company name if needed.
– Edit your careers page.
– Change your company’s general information.
Company Logo
The first thing you will see on the Company Settings page is the option to either upload or delete a company logo. When uploading a company logo, there are several options for adjusting its appearance:
- No crop: This means that we will simply take the image that you have uploaded as it as and set it as your company logo without any adjustments made in the process.
- Crop: After uploading the file, you will have several options to adjust the appearance of the image. Specifically, if the image is too large, you will have options to adjust which parts of the image get cropped out due to display restrictions.
Career Page
From the Company Settings page, you will see an "Edit careers page" button in the "Careers page" section. Clicking this will take you to the career page editor, where you can customize the appearance of your company's career page.
From the career page editor, you can:
- Adjust the domain used to host your company's career page.
- Add a cover image to enhance the appearance of the page.
- Enable/disable the logo and company name.
- Add promotional content, such as a video about what your company does and why candidates should work for you.
- Obtain elements from your company's actual website in order to make your career page look like your website.
- Adjust the color scheme.
- Copy a code snippet to embed your career page on your company's website.
Company Details
In the Company Details section, you have several options to adjust specific details about your company, such as what time zone it is located in, the URL of your company's website, and the physical address of your company. Please note that if you provide an address for your company, this address will automatically be used on job postings when they are created.
