Sourcing Internal Data
The new search feature in Discovered allows users to efficiently source candidates from their existing database, directly aligning search results with specific job postings. The feature auto-populates filters based on job details, such as location and job description, for an optimized initial search.
Users can review candidate profiles, checking for specific skills and job titles, and adjust filters as needed to refine results. Candidates can then be selected and copied to the current job posting, with options to prevent automated workflows from triggering, acknowledging that these candidates are sourced rather than applicants.
Feedback can be submitted to improve search accuracy, and filters can be further refined or removed to match specific hiring needs. This tool helps streamline the candidate sourcing process, leveraging existing candidate data to fill new roles effectively.
Key Steps:
1. Find the job post you want to source candidates to.
2. Navigate to the job post and go to the "Find & Evaluate Talent" tab.
3. Scroll down to "Add candidates" and click on "Invite candidates from previous jobs."
4. Review the search results based on pre-populated fields.
5. Evaluate the relevance of the candidates returned in the search.
6. Submit feedback if the search results need improvement.
7. Adjust search filters as needed to refine results.
8. Select desired candidates and click "Copy to Another Job Posting."
9. Choose the job posting to move the candidates to and submit.
