Background Checks Integration (Checkr)
Discovered integrates directly with Checkr, a trusted background check provider, allowing you to seamlessly request and manage background checks on job applicants without leaving the platform.
Overview
The Checkr Settings tab in Discovered lets you connect your company’s Checkr account or create a new one. Once connected, you can issue background checks directly from candidate profiles.
This integration ensures a smoother hiring workflow by consolidating background screening into the same system you already use for job postings, candidate evaluations, and communication.
How to Background Checks Integration (Checkr):
1. Access Checkr Settings
- Log into your Discovered account.
- Click your name in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Checkr Settings tab.
2. Connect or Create a Checkr Account
- Click Connect or Create Checkr Account.
- You’ll be guided through one of two options:
- Connect Existing Account: Log in with your current Checkr credentials.
- Create New Account: Sign up for Checkr directly from the integration flow.
3. Manage Your Integration
Once connected, you can:
- Request Background Checks directly from candidate profiles.
- Monitor Status of background checks inside Discovered.
- Disconnect or Reconnect your Checkr account if needed.
