Discovered’s integration with People Data Labs opens up powerful new sourcing capabilities, allowing you to seamlessly search external databases for candidates and connect them directly to your job postings. This feature makes it easy to expand your talent pool beyond your internal candidates by setting People Data Labs as your source, with flexible control over search parameters and batch sizes to manage credit usage efficiently.
Key Steps:
1. Log in to People Data Labs and copy your API Key.
2. Go to Discovered and navigate to the Candidates tab.
3. Click on Company Candidates and select "Add External Source."
4. Choose People Data Labs as the source and enter your API Key.
5. Set the batch size for search results to regulate credit usage.
6. Manually input search filters for better accuracy.
7. Conduct searches based on specific criteria (e.g., skills, job titles).
8. Review the results and explore candidate profiles.
9. Add selected candidates to jobs by clicking "Add to Job" and selecting an existing job or creating a new one.
