Indeed Plugin

The Indeed plugin in Discovered allows you to seamlessly sponsor jobs on Indeed directly from your Discovered account. This guide walks you through the process of setting up and using the plugin.

Step 1: Locate the Indeed Plugin

• Navigate to the job you want to sponsor.
• Click Find and Evaluate Talent in the job menu.
• Select Post on Job Boards.
• If your account has Indeed access, you will see an Indeed card with a Sponsor button. If you do not see this option, you may need Indeed to be activated on your account. Contact Discovered support for assistance.

Step 2: Start the Sponsorship Process

• Click the Sponsor button on the Indeed card.
• A window will expand with a Get Started button. Click it.
• Answer the setup questions:
  • Select how you manage your Indeed account (e.g., "I manage jobs directly from my company").
  • Confirm that your company has an Indeed account.
  • Confirm that you have access to the Indeed account.

Step 3: Connect Your Indeed Account

• Click Continue on Indeed.
• If you are already logged into Indeed, the plugin will confirm your account.
• If you manage multiple companies on Indeed, select the correct one for integration.
• You will be redirected back to Discovered, but you must complete one final step:
  • Click Continue on Indeed again to verify permissions.
  • Approve the requested permissions.
• Once completed, you will see a button labeled Start Using the Plugin. Click it to finalize the setup.

Step 4: Configure Your Sponsorship

• Once the setup is complete, you can choose your sponsorship options:
  • One-time sponsorship: Set a fixed date range for your job ad.
  • Monthly sponsorship: Set an ongoing budget for continuous visibility.
• Set your budget and campaign details.
• (Optional) Name your campaign for easier tracking.
• Complete the remaining steps to finalize your job sponsorship.

Important Notes

• Currently, the Indeed plugin can ONLY be used by users who are assigned to only one company in Discovered. It is not yet available for users who have access to more than one company in Discovered.
• Each user must complete the Indeed integration individually. If another user tries to sponsor a job without completing this process, they will only see the Sponsor button but will not be able to manage existing sponsorships until they integrate their personal Indeed account.
• The integration links your personal Indeed account to Discovered, along with any company access you have on Indeed.
