Generate Short Job Link

Quickly create a shareable application link for any job posting in Discovered.

Overview

Each job post in Discovered includes a short job link—a simplified URL you can copy and share with candidates. When candidates open the link, they’ll see your customized application form exactly as it’s configured under Evaluate Candidates. This makes it easy to distribute job postings via email, chat, or social channels without sending the full career page link.

How to Generate a Short Job Link:

 

 

1. Open the Job Posting

  • Log in to your Discovered.
  • Go to Job posts and click the job post you want to share.
  • Navigate to the Find and Evaluate Talent tab.

2. Locate the Short Link Tool

  • Scroll down to the Tools for Sourcing Candidates section.
  • Find the card labeled Copy application link.

3. Copy the Link

  • Click the copy button to copy the job’s short link.
  • The link is now on your clipboard and ready to paste.

4. Share with Candidates

  • Send the short link directly to candidates via email, chat, or text.
  • Candidates clicking the link will be taken straight to the job’s application form.
  • The fields shown depend on how you’ve configured the application in the Evaluate Candidates section.
