Sign in with Email + 2FA (SMS)
Protect your account with an extra layer of security by signing in with email and password plus a one-time code sent via text message.
Overview
When two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS is enabled, you’ll be asked to verify each login attempt with a code sent to your phone. This ensures that even if your password is compromised, no one can access your account without also having your mobile device.
How to Sign in with Email + 2FA (SMS):
1. Go to the Login Page
- Navigate to https://myaccount.discovered.ai.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Sign In.
2. Receive Your Verification Code
- A message will appear confirming that a 6-digit code has been sent via SMS to your registered phone number.
- For security, only the last four digits of the number will be displayed.
3. Enter the Code
- Open the text message on your phone.
- Enter the six-digit code into the verification fields on the login page.
4. Complete the Sign-In
- Click Submit.
- If the code is valid, you’ll be logged into your Discovered dashboard.
Why This Matters
Using SMS-based 2FA gives you:
- Stronger security – A password alone isn’t enough.
- Instant alerts – You’re notified if someone tries to log in.
- Compliance-ready protection – Safeguards sensitive hiring and candidate data.
Troubleshooting
- Didn’t receive the code?
- A countdown timer prevents multiple requests from being sent at once.
- After the timer ends, click Send Again to generate a new code.
- Important: Only the most recent code will work. If multiple texts arrive, use the latest one.
- Still not receiving codes?
- Check your phone signal and confirm the registered number is able to receive texts.

- SMS 2FA will be required again at your next login.
