Buying Assessment Credits

Overview

If your company is not currently subscribed to Discovered Unlimited, assessment credits are required to administer assessments to candidates in Discovered. This guide will walk you through the steps to purchase assessment credits for your account.

Steps to Buy Assessment Credits

Navigate to the Assessments Page

In your Discovered account, go to the top navigation bar and click on Assessments.

Click on 'Buy Credits'

Once on the Assessments page, locate and click the Buy Credits button.

Select Credit Type

You will see different types of credits available:
- Essential Credits (for Essential Assessments)
- Advanced Credits (for Advanced Assessments)
Check which assessments you plan to use and note the type of credits required.
Select the appropriate credit type(s) based on your needs.

Choose a Bundle Size

After selecting the credit type(s), choose the number of credits you wish to purchase.
Bundle options are available for different quantities. Select the amount that fits your hiring needs.

Enter Payment Information

If this is your first time purchasing credits, enter your credit card details.
Click Continue to proceed.

Confirm Your Purchase

Review the details of your purchase, including the number of credits and the total amount.
Click Confirm to complete your transaction.

Credits Added to Your Account

Once the transaction is complete, the credits will be automatically added to your account.
If you have previously saved your payment method, future purchases will not require re-entering your card details.
