Quick Job Posts

Quick Job Posts are the fast and easy way to send assessment links to candidates without creating a full job posting. Designed for clients who primarily want to give assessments to candidates, Quick Job Posts allow you to set up a simple job posting, choose the assessments you need, and generate a unique link to share with candidates. This link directs candidates to a basic form where they enter their information and complete assigned assessments. You'll receive notifications once they finish, and all their progress will be tracked in their candidate profile.

Key Steps

  1. Access Assessments Page:
    • Navigate to the Assessments page by finding the navigation menu at the top and clicking on the Assessments button.
  2. Select Assessments:
    • Choose the assessments you want to send to candidates.
  3. Create Quick Job Post:
    • Click on the "Send Assessment" button and choose the option to "Create a quick job post and send a link."
    • Create a title for the job post (e.g., Sales Person) and select a relevant job type category (e.g., Sales).
    • Click on "Create job post and get a link."
  4. Send Link to Candidates:
    • Copy the generated link to send to candidates for completing the assessments.
    • Optionally, you can ask candidates to provide a resume when using the link.
  5. Monitor Candidate Progress:
    • Candidates will provide basic contact information and agree to the privacy policy when accessing the link. After that, they will be added to the Quick Job Post and can continue to their assessments.
    • As the employer, monitor candidate progress on assessments in their candidate profile under the assessments tab.
  6. Receive Assessment Results:
    • Once a candidate completes the assessments, you will receive a notification indicating the assessment results.
    • This notification is activated by default for your convenience.
  7. Accessing the Link:
    • If you need to access the link again, find the job on your dashboard and click on "Assessment Links" to copy the link.
    • Alternatively, access the link by either:
      • Going to the job posting, clicking "Options", and choosing "To-do list links"
      • Going to the job posting, clicking "Find & Evaluate Talent" and choosing the "To-do list links" card.

  • Ensure that the assessments selected are relevant to the job role.
  • Double-check the link before sending it to candidates to avoid any errors.

  • Name the quick job post appropriately to easily identify its purpose.
  • Regularly check candidate progress on assessments to stay updated.
  • Utilize the notification feature to receive assessment results promptly.
  • Keep track of the assessment links for future reference by accessing them through different options provided in the account.
