Assign tasks to candidates and streamline your hiring process with To-Do List Links.
Overview
The To-Do List feature lets you create a customized list of tasks—such as submitting resumes, completing assessments, recording one-way interviews, or providing references—that candidates complete in order to move forward in the hiring process. Each job posting includes a default to-do list link with recommended assessments based on the job type. You can create additional links at any time, customize them, and send them directly to candidates.
If a candidate isn’t already part of your job posting, using a to-do list link automatically adds them to the job and assigns the tasks. If they’re already in the job, the link simply assigns the new tasks without creating duplicates.
How to Manage Your Hiring To-Do List:
1. Open the To-Do List Links Card
- Go to your job posting.
- Click the Find and Evaluate Talent tab.
- Scroll to Evaluate Candidates and select To-Do List Links.
2. Create a New To-Do List
- Click Create a To-Do List.
- Select the tasks to include (e.g., Submit a resume, Complete an application, Assessments, One-Way Interview, Reference Checks).
- Click Next.
3. Set Up Assessments
- Choose from the recommended default assessments for the role.
- Select or deselect as needed, then click Next.
5. Copy & Share the Link
- Once created, click Copy to copy the link.
- Share it with the candidate via email, message, or another communication channel.

- Prevents duplicate profiles by updating existing candidates with new tasks.

What Happens Next
- Candidates receive the link, upload a resume, agree to the privacy policy, and view their assigned tasks.
- They complete assessments, interviews, and references directly from the link.
- On your side, the candidate is either added to the job or updated with new tasks.
- Completed items (e.g., resumes, test results) automatically appear in their profile within your ATS.
