To-Do List Links
In Discovered, To-Do List Links are a great and easy way to both add candidates to your job posting as well as assign tasks you would like for them to complete, such as assessments or one-way interviews.
Key Steps
- Access To-Do List Links Section
- Go to your job posting.
- Navigate to the Find and Evaluate Talent tab.
- Scroll down to the Evaluate Candidates section to find the To-do list links card.
- Create a New To-Do List Link
- Click on "Create a To-Do List".
- Select the tasks you want the candidate to complete (e.g., submit a resume, complete an application, assessments, one-way interviews, reference checks).
- Click on the tasks you want to include and proceed by clicking "Next".
- Set Up Assessments
- Indicate which assessments you want to give the candidate.
- Select the assessments and proceed by clicking "Next".
- Set Up One-Way Interview
- Create a new one-way interview or choose an existing one.
- Select the interview and click "Submit".
- Copy To-Do List Link
- Once the link is created, click on the copy button to get the link.
- Share the link with the candidate for them to complete the assigned tasks.
Note: If you added reference checking as a task and reference questionnaire is already set up on your job posting, you will not be prompted to set it up during the To-Do List Link creation process.
Cautionary Notes
- Ensure that the tasks assigned are relevant to the job posting.
- Double-check the assessments and interviews selected before sharing the link with the candidate.
- If a candidate is already in your job posting and they use a to-do list link, the tasks will simply be assigned to them without creating a duplicate of them.
Tips for Efficiency
- Utilize default assessments to save time.
- Communicate clearly with the candidate about the tasks they need to complete using the to-do list link.
