IntegrityFirst Reports

Track how your organization is using the IntegrityFirst Assessment and analyze candidate results across different risk categories.

Overview

The IntegrityFirst Usage Report provides visibility into how candidates perform on the IntegrityFirst Assessment. This report helps you understand risk patterns across your applicant pool—such as theft, hostility, drug use, and honesty—and gives you the ability to review data by job or across the company.

Note: Not every account has access to the IntegrityFirst Assessment by default. If you would like to enable it, please contact us for a demo and setup.

Why This Matters

The IntegrityFirst report allows hiring teams to:

  • Identify high-risk behaviors before making hiring decisions.
  • Compare integrity patterns across job roles or departments.
  • Provide additional data to support structured, defensible hiring practices.

Use Cases

  • Review the proportion of candidates flagged as high-risk before making final selections.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of integrity testing across multiple hiring campaigns.
  • Sharing summarized integrity data with HR leadership or compliance teams.

Best Practices

  • Always confirm the date range to avoid misinterpreting data.
  • Use job-specific filtering to uncover role-based trends (e.g., high-risk scores in customer-facing roles).
  • Export and store reports regularly for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Avoid making decisions based solely on one risk factor—consider the overall picture.

What Happens Next

Once enabled:

  • All candidates who complete the IntegrityFirst Assessment will appear in the usage report.
