Have you ever felt bogged down by having to through pipeline after pipeline of candidates, manually sending them reminders? With Discovered's Sequences feature, this problem becomes a cinch. With Discovered, you can set up a sequence of messages that are configured to go out at specific times via specific communication methods, automatically.

Key Steps

  1. Go to the job posting and navigate to the Processing tab.
  2. Click on any status and select "Set up sequence" to begin creating the automation.
  3. Generate a sequence automatically using Kingsley, choose a template, or create a new sequence from scratch.
  4. Customize the sequence by setting up message delivery times, message content, and communication method (email or text).
  5. Set stopping criteria based on candidate actions to end the sequence automatically.
  6. Select the time zone for message delivery.
  7. Save the sequence and assign it to candidates by changing their status.
  8. Monitor the sequence progress, edit messages if needed, and cancel sequences if required.
