Have you ever felt bogged down by having to through pipeline after pipeline of candidates, manually sending them reminders? With Discovered's Sequences feature, this problem becomes a cinch. With Discovered, you can set up a sequence of messages that are configured to go out at specific times via specific communication methods, automatically.
Key Steps
- Go to the job posting and navigate to the Processing tab.
- Click on any status and select "Set up sequence" to begin creating the automation.
- Generate a sequence automatically using Kingsley, choose a template, or create a new sequence from scratch.
- Customize the sequence by setting up message delivery times, message content, and communication method (email or text).
- Set stopping criteria based on candidate actions to end the sequence automatically.
- Select the time zone for message delivery.
- Save the sequence and assign it to candidates by changing their status.
- Monitor the sequence progress, edit messages if needed, and cancel sequences if required.
