Key Steps
- Go to the job and navigate to the Processing tab.
- Select the status that you want to automate.
- Scroll through the automations and locate the "Move to another status" automation.
- Add the "Move to another status" automation to the selected status.
- Specify the status to which the candidate should be moved automatically once all tasks in the current status are completed.
- Configure any additional messages or actions for the new status if needed.
- Test the automation by triggering the tasks in the current status to ensure the candidate is automatically moved to the new status upon completion.
