The details tab of a candidate's profile is your go-to place for managing a candidate’s contact information, background details, and more. From the details tab, you can easily edit and add phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, and even social media links like LinkedIn. This tab also allows you to manage education and experience data, which is automatically parsed from their resume but can be manually adjusted if needed. If your hiring process requires a formal application, you can send it directly to the candidate from here as well.

Key Steps

  1. Access the candidate's profile from the job posting.
  2. Navigate to the Details tab within the candidate's profile.
  3. Manage the candidate's contact data:
    • Update primary and secondary phone numbers.
    • Add and set primary and secondary email addresses.
    • Input the candidate's physical address, if available.
    • Include a portfolio URL if required.
    • Add social media links, such as LinkedIn profile.
  4. Review and edit education information:
    • Ensure accurate parsing of degree, school, and graduation details.
    • Edit or add additional education details if necessary.
    • Review and edit experience information:
    • Verify parsed experience details.
    • Edit or add additional experience information if needed.
  5. Utilize the application section:
    • Send a formal application to the candidate.
    • Edit the application message if required, ensuring to keep the submit application token.
    • Provide the application link directly to the candidate if needed.
    • Monitor the application form for completion.

Cautionary Notes

  • The primary email and primary phone numbers will be used by default in communications to the candidate.
  • Ensure accurate input of contact information to avoid communication errors.
  • Double-check parsed education and experience details for accuracy.
  • Include the submit application token in the message to enable candidates to submit their application.
  • Verify the completion of the application form for thorough candidate evaluation.
