The communications tab is your central hub for tracking and managing all interactions with a candidate. Located within the candidate's profile, this tab provides a detailed timeline of all events, including emails, text messages, status changes, and more. You can easily filter by email, text, or notes to view specific interactions. The tab also allows you to send emails or text messages, choose templates, or initiate automated sequences for follow-ups. With features like managing ongoing sequences, generating messages with Kingsley AI, and leaving notes, the communications tab ensures that you stay on top of every candidate interaction in one organized place.
Key Steps:
- Access Candidate Profile:
- Go to the job posting.
- Find the candidate of interest and click on their name in the job posting.
- This will open up the candidate's profile.
- Locate Communication Tab:
- The communication tab will be on the right side of the screen.
- It serves as a central hub to track all communication activities with the candidate.
- Track Activity:
- Monitor events such as profile import, status changes, resume requests, uploads, and changes made.
- View messages sent via email or text, application completion, assessments, interviews, and references.
- Filter Activity:
- Filter activities by email, SMS, or notes.
- Take Communication Actions:
- Send emails to candidates using email templates.
- Send text messages to candidates if their phone number allows it.
- Initiate a sequence if assigned to the candidate.
- Manage sequences by editing, canceling, or adding messages.
- Manually build a sequence or use templates.
- Leave notes about the candidate for reference.
