Status Templates

Status templates are powerful tools that let you manage and customize default statuses for your job postings. They allow you to set up predefined stages for your candidates as they move through your hiring process. These statuses are applied automatically when you select the "Use Default Pipeline" option on the Processing tab during job creation.

You can create new statuses, assign them colors, and link email templates to trigger automatic emails when a candidate reaches a specific stage. Any updates you make to these statuses will immediately apply to future job postings.

Key Steps

  1. Navigate to the Templates section by clicking on the Templates button on the top navigation menu.
  2. Choose the Statuses tab from the list of options.
  3. Creating New Status Templates
    • To create a new status, click on the Create New button.
    • Fill out the required fields: Status Name, Status Type, Status Order, Status Color, and Email Template.
    • Save the new status.
  4. Update job postings by selecting the newly created status in the processing step.
  5. Edit existing statuses by clicking on them and selecting the edit button.
  6. Save changes as needed.

  • Ensure that the status name is clear and relevant to its purpose.
  • Select the appropriate status type to categorize the status correctly.
