How to Connect Your LinkedIn Recruiter Account to Discovered ATS

If you're using LinkedIn Recruiter and want to connect it to your Discovered account, follow the step-by-step instructions below. There are two possible setups, and we'll walk you through both to ensure your connection is properly configured.

Step 1: Access LinkedIn Recruiter Settings

1. Log in to your LinkedIn Recruiter account.
2. Navigate to the menu in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Click on Product Settings from the dropdown menu.
4. In the left-hand menu under Company Settings, select Job Posting.

Step 2: Add Discovered as a Job Source

1. On the Job Posting page, click the Add New Job Source button.
2. In the dropdown list of ATS providers, select Discovered ATS.
3. Enter your company name in the required field.
   • If your company name appears in multiple instances, ensure you select the correct one by verifying it matches your existing job postings.
4. Click Add ATS Source to complete this step.

Step 3: Handling the Alternate Setup (If Applicable)

In some cases, LinkedIn Recruiter may prompt you for additional details. If you see fields for a Job Source URL and Source Tracking Code, follow these instructions:

Job Source URL:

• Go to your Discovered dashboard.
• Navigate to your Company Page and click on the Career Page link under Active Postings.
• Copy the URL of your career page (it should look like: yourcompanyname.discovered.ai).
• Paste this URL into the Job Source URL field on LinkedIn.

Source Tracking Code:

• Enter the following tracking code exactly as written: source=linkedin

Number of Jobs:

• Select the range of jobs you plan to post. (For example, choose 1-20 if you’re posting fewer than 20 jobs.)

Click Request ATS Connection to submit your request.

Step 4: Confirm Your Connection Request

1. Once you submit your connection request, LinkedIn will display a confirmation message stating that the request has been sent to the support team for processing.
2. To verify the connection:
   • Refresh the page.
   • Click on the ATS Connection Requests tab.
   • You should see the pending request listed here.

Step 5: Test the Connection

Once your request has been approved:

1. Go to your Jobs Page in LinkedIn Recruiter.
2. Submit a sample application to test if the connection is working correctly.
3. If the test submission appears in Discovered ATS, your integration is complete!
