Assessments Overview
The assessments page is your go-to hub for exploring and managing a wide range of assessments. Here, you'll find behavioral, ability, and skills assessments, as well as custom assessments you’ve created, all neatly organized by category. The page allows you to send assessments, preview sample reports, and view recommended uses for each assessment. You'll also discover pairing recommendations, such as combining behavioral and ability assessments for enhanced results. Plus, you can create custom tests and manage links to assessment invitations.
Key Steps
- Accessing the Assessments Page:
- From the navigation menu at the top of any page in Discovered, click on the "Assessments" button to access the assessments page.
- Viewing and Sending Assessments:
- Explore the library of assessments categorized into behavioral, ability, skills, custom, and Spanish assessments.
- Click on an assessment to view a brief description and recommended job types.
- Use the "Send Assessment" button to send assessments to candidates.
- Understanding Assessment Details:
- Click on the icon next to each assessment to view a sample report.
- Familiarize yourself with the content measured by each assessment.
- Creating Custom Assessments:
- Click on "Create Skills Test" to access the Custom Assessment Builder page.
- Managing Existing Links:
- Use the link management feature to access, associate, and remove assessment links.
- Search for specific assessments using the search function.
Cautionary Notes
- Avoid sending multiple assessments that measure similar content to the same candidate. Specifically, you should not send more than one of the following four assessments to the same candidate:
- SL Behavioral Assessment
- IC Behavioral Assessment
- Big Five Personality Assessment
- Work Styles DISCovered
- Pair ability assessments with corresponding behavioral assessments for enhanced results. Specifically, the SL Behavioral Assessment or the IC Behavioral Assessment are both designed to be used with either the Sales Ability assessment or IC Ability assessment.
