Rating Candidates
Star ratings is a simple yet powerful feature that helps you evaluate and prioritize candidates with ease. Assign a star rating from 1 to 5 to each candidate based on their resume and fit for the position, allowing you to quickly gauge who stands out. For added convenience, you can sort candidates by their ratings to focus on the highest-rated ones first. Additionally, Kingsley can automatically rate candidates for you by analyzing their resumes against your internal job description, providing AI-generated ratings highlighted in blue along with a justification.
Key Steps:
- Accessing Star Ratings:
- Navigate to the job posting and locate the table of candidates.
- Look for the "Rating" column displaying star ratings from 1 to 5.
- Manually assign star ratings based on candidate suitability after reviewing their resumes.
- Assigning Star Ratings:
- Review each candidate's resume to determine their fit for the position.
- Assign 4 or 5 stars to well-suited candidates and 2 stars to less suitable candidates.
- Continue this process for all candidates in the list.
- Sorting Candidates:
- Sort candidates based on their star ratings to prioritize the highest-rated candidates.
- Utilize the sorting feature to arrange candidates accordingly.
- Automatic Ratings by Kingsley:
- Kingsley can provide ratings based on resume information compared to the internal job description.
- Ratings by Kingsley will be highlighted in blue and accompanied by a note explaining the rating decision.
- If needed, manually trigger a rating by Kingsley by clicking the "Appraise" button next to a candidate's star rating in their profile.
