The Easiest Way to Send an Assessment
This article explains the quickest way to send an assessment link to candidates using your Discovered dashboard. Follow these simple steps to copy and share the assessment link for any job.
Accessing the Assessment Link
- Navigate to the Jobs Dashboard
Log into your Discovered account and head over to the dashboard where you can see all your jobs. - Locate the Assessment Links Button
Each job listing includes an Assessment Links button. Click this button next to the desired job.
Sending the Assessment Link
- View Assessment Details
When you click the Assessment Links button, a pop up will appear showing which assessments are set up for the job. You can also choose whether to request a resume from the candidate upon submission. - Copy the Assessment Link
Click the Copy button to copy the assessment link to your clipboard. - Share the Link with Your Candidate
Paste the copied link into an email, message, or any communication channel you prefer. When the candidate clicks on the link, they will be directed to a form to enter their information.

When a candidate pastes the link into their browser, they will see a form prompting them to enter their details. - Accessing the Assessment
After submitting their information and clicking Go to To-Do List, the candidate will see a list of available assessments. They can then click on any assessment to begin.
