Statuses
Statuses are a powerful way to track and manage your candidates as they move through the hiring process. With statuses, each candidate is assigned a stage in the process, from "New Candidate" to more specific steps like "Initial Interview Request." You can filter candidates by their current status, assign automations (like sending interview requests), and even customize the statuses to fit your workflow. Easily manage what tasks or communications occur at each stage, keeping everything streamlined and ensuring that no candidate is left behind.
- Use the Processing tab of your job posting to manage statuses, including automations, names, and color coding.
- By default, new candidates are assigned the "New Candidate" status.
- Adjust candidate statuses as they progress through the hiring process (e.g., initial interview request).
- Filter candidates based on their status to easily track and manage them.
- View automations assigned to each status to understand automated actions.
- Edit statuses if adjustments are needed in the status and process settings.
Cautionary Notes
- Ensure that status changes accurately reflect the candidate's progress in the hiring process.
- Double-check automations to avoid unintended actions triggered by status changes.
- Be cautious when editing statuses to prevent errors in the candidate management system.
Tips for Efficiency
- Utilize filters to quickly view candidates based on their status.
- Regularly review and update candidate statuses to maintain an organized hiring process.
- Communicate with team members to ensure consistency in status management practices.
