Bulk Actions

Bulk actions is a versatile tool to manage multiple candidates efficiently within your job postings. With bulk actions, you can quickly select multiple candidates and perform tasks such as assigning star ratings, updating statuses, sending assessments, and exporting resumes in just a few clicks. Need to move candidates between jobs or copy them to another role? You can do that too, ensuring flexibility without losing track of their progress. Additionally, you can archive candidates to keep your active list clean, while still retaining access to their data whenever needed.

Key Steps:

  1. Navigate to the job posting where the list of candidates is displayed in a table format.
  2. Use the checkboxes next to each candidate to select multiple candidates for bulk actions.
  3. Perform Bulk Actions:
    • Rating: Assign star ratings to selected candidates in bulk.
    • Status Updates: Update the status of selected candidates in bulk (e.g., move to a specific phase).
    • Export Resumes: Download resumes of selected candidates in bulk.
    • Export as CSV or XML: Choose the file format for exporting candidate data.
    • Copy or Move Candidates: Transfer selected candidates to different jobs (preferably use the copy option for safety).
    • Archive Candidates: Archive selected candidates for data management purposes.
  4. Access Archived Candidates: If needed, view archived candidates by clicking on the Options button at the top of the job posting and choosing "Archived candidates". To return to active candidates, click on the Options button again and choose "Active candidates".

Cautionary Notes:

  • Ensure to double-check the actions before executing them in bulk to avoid errors.

Tips for Efficiency:

  • Use the "Select All" feature if you need to perform actions on all candidates displayed on a page.
  • Prepare status updates and assessment emails in advance for quicker execution.
  • Regularly clean up archived candidates to maintain data organization.
