Job Posting Performance
You can use the Job Posting Performance tab in the Reports section of the Discovered account to analyze data related to job postings, applicants, and hiring sources.
Key Steps:
- Log in to your Discovered account and navigate to the Reports section by clicking on your name and selecting Reports.
- In the Reports section, click on the Job Posting Performance tab to access the data related to job postings.
- Allow the page to load, which may take a few seconds depending on the amount of data.
- Review the default date range, which is usually set to the past seven days, and observe the summary data displayed.
- Analyze the number of applicants received, the sources they came from, the percentage of applicants from each source, and the number of hires made from each source.
- Note the average time to hire for applicants from different sources and the hiring rates for each source within the selected date range.
- Review the career page activity, including the number of views on the career page, the average number of applications received per view, and the application completion rate.
- Check the amount of time spent in different status categories for each job, such as new candidate status, needs further review, and video interview status.
- Optionally, make the report job-specific by selecting a particular job type for a more detailed analysis.
- Adjust the date range as needed to view data over a specific period, keeping in mind that a larger date range will display more data.

- Allow the page to load completely before analyzing the data to ensure accurate information.
- Pay attention to the selected date range to interpret the data correctly within that timeframe.
- Be cautious when making the report job-specific to avoid misinterpretation of data.
