Interview Guides

With Discovered, you can easily organize and standardize your interviewing process by setting up interview guides on your job posting.

Key Steps

  1. Navigate to the job posting on the platform.
  2. Go to the "Find and Evaluate Talent" tab.
  3. Scroll down to the "Evaluate Candidates" section.
  4. Locate the "Interview Guides" card.
  5. Click on the "Interview Guides" card to view existing guides or create a new one.
  6. To create a new interview guide, click on "Create a New Interview Guide."
  7. Name the new interview guide and add questions by clicking on "Add Question."
  8. Customize questions or choose from templates provided.
  9. Utilize Kingsley to generate interview guides by expanding Kingsley and requesting a guide for a specific role.
  10. Review and edit the generated interview guide as needed.
  11. Once the interview guide is finalized, click "Submit."
  12. Access a candidate's profile and navigate to the interview section to view and utilize the interview guide during the interview process.

One-Way Interviews

Interview Guides and One-Way Interviews are directly related to one another. An Interview Guide can be used in any context -- in person, over a Zoom call, etc. One-Way Interviews, however, are intended to be used in a very specific way. One-Way Interviews leverage Interview Guides in order to provide you with a way to easily have your candidates complete interviews en masse in their own time. 

Key Steps

  1. Go to your job posting and navigate to the Find and Evaluate Talent step.
  2. Scroll down to the Evaluate Candidates section and click on the One-Way Interviews card.
  3. Create a set of interview questions for candidates to answer one by one.
  4. Use existing interview guides or create new questions from scratch.
  5. Utilize Kingsley to generate interview questions based on job type.
  6. Add intro and outro videos to personalize the candidate experience.
  7. Set a deadline for candidates to complete the interview.
  8. Save the one-way interview, which make it accessible in every candidate's profile.
  9. Send the interview to the candidate and monitor completion status.
