Basic Profile Settings

This article explains how to view and modify the basic settings for your profile in Discovered. Follow the steps below to update your personal information and change your password.


Accessing Your Profile

  1. Log In and Locate Your Profile Icon
    Once logged in, scroll to where your name (and profile picture, if uploaded) appears. Click on your name or picture to expand the menu.
  2. Open "My Profile"
    From the expanded menu, select My Profile. This will display a preview of your current profile settings.
  3. Enter Edit Mode
    Click the Edit Profile button located at the top right of the profile page to begin editing your information.

Editing Basic Settings

Personal Information

  • Name:
    Update your first and last name. This information will be used when you communicate or are mentioned within the system.
  • Position Title:
    Optionally, you can enter your position title. Note that if you are assigned to multiple companies, this field might differ across companies.
  • Email Address:
    Update your email address as needed. The email field is required.
  • Phone Number:
    Enter your phone number if desired. This field is optional.

Changing Your Password

  • Enter Current Password:
    Input your current password to verify your identity. You can use autofill if available.
  • Set a New Password:
    Type in your new password and confirm it by entering it a second time.
  • Notification:
    After saving changes, you will receive an email notification confirming that your password has been updated. This helps ensure the security of your account.
