Candidate Profile Header
The header in a candidate's profile is a feature-packed toolbar that gives you quick access to essential candidate information and actions. At the top of every candidate’s profile, you’ll see their name, contact details, current status, and star rating. You can update their rating manually or use Kingsley AI to appraise the candidate, with AI-generated ratings appearing in blue along with a detailed justification. The header also shows where the candidate was sourced from (e.g., job boards like Indeed or ZipRecruiter) and tracks their progress on assigned tasks, such as assessments or interviews. With additional tools, you can export data, move candidates between jobs, convert them to employees, or retrieve their to-do list link.
- Name and Contact Information:
- Click on the candidate's name to edit their first and last name.
- Primary contact information is displayed, including email address and phone number if available.
- Star Rating:
- View the current star rating and update it by clicking on it.
- Click on "Appraise" to let Keenly AI assistant assign a rating based on resume-job alignment.
- Candidate Status:
- Use the dropdown to change the candidate's status in the hiring process.
- Candidate Source:
- Identify where the candidate came from, such as whether they were manually added or from a job board.
- Candidate Activities:
- View activities assigned to the candidate, such as requested applications, references, and interviews.
- Activities not completed are highlighted in yellow.
- Candidate In Other Job Postings:
- Click on the briefcase icon to see if the candidate is in any other job postings within the company.
- Additional Options:
- Export candidate's resume or data as CSV or XML.
- Move the candidate to another job.
- Convert the candidate to an employee.
- Copy the to-do list link to send to the candidate to complete their assigned tasks
