Why This Matters
Traditional AI tools or old-school ATS systems focus only on keyword matching or generic content. Kingsley takes it further by:
- Giving you high-quality job ads, emails, and assessments in minutes.
- Explaining why a candidate is rated a certain way so you can trust the results.
- Saving hours of manual writing and reviewing.
- Keeping your hiring consistent across different recruiters and managers.
Use Cases
- You need a job ad that is professional, complete, and aligned with KPIs.
- You want to quickly create outreach campaigns (emails and texts).
- You’re setting up a job scorecard to align your team.
- You need structured interview questions or one-way video interview prompts.
- You want a custom assessment built (or improved) instantly.
- You need faster insights into one-way interviews without watching every second.
- You want candidate ratings that reflect real hiring preferences, not just keywords.
How It Works
- Content Generation: Kingsley uses hiring-focused AI to produce ads, emails, scorecards, and assessments.
- Candidate Evaluation: Instead of keyword matching, Kingsley applies context-based rules (e.g., “no rating higher than 3 if tenure < 2 years”).
- Summaries: One-way interview recordings are condensed into concise notes covering background, answers, and key interests.
Best Practices
- Give Kingsley clear input—be specific about what you want emphasized.
- Use it to create first drafts, then make small edits to match your tone.
- Rely on Kingsley’s explanations for candidate ratings to guide discussions with your team.
- For assessments, request rebalancing (e.g., increase difficulty or adjust topic ratios) until it fits the role.
- Test outputs in both job ads and assessments for fairness and accuracy.

- Every future job, assessment, or candidate review can be AI-assisted.
