Manage Round Up Email Notifications

Overview

Round Up Emails (Recruitment Analytics) deliver automated hiring snapshots directly to your inbox, showing candidate pipeline health, new applicants, and action items. You can choose to receive them daily or weekly, or turn them off entirely. Each user controls their own preferences in their profile settings.

How to Manage Round-Up Email Notifications

1. Log in to your Discovered account

• Go to https://myaccount.discovered.ai and sign in.

2. Open your profile

• Click your name in the top-right corner.

• Select My Profile from the dropdown.

3. Edit Profile

• On the Profile page, click the Edit Profile button.

4. Find Round Up Email Preferences

• Scroll to Email Settings.
• Locate the section labeled Round Up Email Preferences.

5. Set your frequency

• Toggle Daily or Weekly depending on how often you want to receive updates.
• Turn both off to stop receiving emails.
• Turn one on to match your preferred cadence.
• Click Save to apply your preferences.
