How to Use Hiring GPT
1. Start a Job Analysis
- Launch Hiring GPT from your job post or via the Hiring Tools menu.
- Answer a guided set of ~17 questions about the role (responsibilities, outcomes, must-have skills, cultural fit).
- You can answer step-by-step or paste pre-written answers all at once.
2. Generate a Performance-Based Job Description
- Hiring GPT transforms your inputs into a detailed, outcome-focused job description.
- Unlike a candidate-facing ad, this description emphasizes responsibilities and measurable results.
- Review and finalize before moving to the next step.
