New Features & Updates:
1. AI Autocalls
AI Autocalls allows teams to use AI-powered voice outreach to contact candidates automatically based on workflow activity in Discovered. Once enabled for an account or company group, users can create an AI calling agent, assign it a phone number, configure call attempts and retry rules, and attach the agent to specific status automations.
When added to a candidate status, AI Autocalls can call candidates about a specific task, such as completing an assessment or scheduling an interview. The call context is pulled from the automation setup, so the agent knows what it is calling about. If the candidate completes the monitored task or moves to a status where the automation no longer applies, the call campaign stops automatically.
Completed calls appear in the candidate’s communication history, including call details, duration, summary, recording, and transcript.
Note: AI Autocalls must be enabled for the account or company group before users can access setup options.

2. Customizing Your Dashboard
The Discovered dashboard now supports a customizable widget-based layout. Users can add, remove, minimize, and rearrange dashboard widgets to create a view that matches their daily workflow.
Available widgets may include active job posts, hiring metrics, employee performance notifications, candidates that need attention, paused jobs, and other account activity insights. Widgets can be placed on the left, middle, or right side of the dashboard, and users can drag them into the order that works best for them.
Admins can also enable a shared company dashboard. When turned on, all users in the company see the same dashboard layout and cannot customize it individually. When turned off, each user can personalize their own dashboard.

3. Repost Jobs
Repost Jobs gives teams a quick way to refresh job postings that may be underperforming, aging, or flagged as duplicates on job boards. From a job’s options menu, users can start a repost workflow that uses AI to generate a revised job title and job description.
Before applying the repost, users can review and edit the AI-generated content or replace it with their own updated title and description. Once applied, the job is temporarily removed from the career page and job boards for five days. After that period, Discovered automatically republishes the job with the updated content.
This feature is designed to help improve job visibility without immediately moving to sponsorship.
Note: Repost Jobs is currently in beta and may need to be enabled for specific accounts.
4. Microsoft Account Connections
Organizations using Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Entra ID may need administrator approval before users can connect Microsoft accounts to Discovered. This affects features such as Microsoft single sign-on, Outlook calendar sync, email integration, and Microsoft-based scheduling workflows.
Discovered uses a multi-tenant Microsoft application called DiscoveredATS. Administrators do not need to create a custom app registration or manually configure Microsoft Graph permissions. Instead, a Global Administrator or Privileged Role Administrator can grant tenant-wide consent to the existing Discovered application.
Once consent is granted, users in the organization can connect their Microsoft accounts from within Discovered. Microsoft access remains delegated and user-scoped, and administrators can review or revoke the application from Enterprise Applications in Microsoft Entra.

5. Faster Indeed Delivery with Job Sync API
All jobs are now delivered to Indeed via the Job Sync API, a direct integration that replaces the traditional XML feed. Jobs and updates are sent instantaneously instead of waiting several hours, meaning any edits, pauses, or closures are reflected on Indeed in near real time.
No setup required — every Discovered client posting to Indeed benefits from this automatically.

6. Connect Your Indeed Account for More Power
Connecting your Indeed employer account unlocks deeper visibility and control over your job postings directly within Discovered:
- Live job status tracking — see whether jobs are active, pending, or flagged in real time.
- Immediate issue visibility — know right away if something needs attention, before it affects your pipeline.
- Direct posting to your Indeed account — jobs are tied directly to your employer profile, not posted anonymously.
Note: Clients already using Indeed sponsoring are automatically leveraging the existing connection and already benefit from these features.
7. Click-to-Dial from Candidate Profiles
Calling candidates just got faster. When viewing a candidate profile, if the candidate has a phone number on file, a phone icon now appears next to it. Clicking the icon opens whichever phone software is configured on your computer — such as 3CX or another dialer — with the candidate's number already pre-filled. No copy/paste, no manual dialing.
How to use Click-to-Dial:
- Navigate to a candidate profile (or preview a candidate).
- If the candidate has a phone number, locate the phone icon next to it.
- Click the icon — your default calling software will open with the number pre-filled.
- Complete your call as usual.
Note: Your browser may ask for microphone or protocol permissions the first time you use this feature.

8. PhoneBurner Integration for Bulk Calling
Teams running high-volume outreach can now connect PhoneBurner to Discovered for streamlined bulk calling campaigns — all without leaving the platform:
- Bulk select candidates and launch a dialing session instantly from the candidate list.
- Automatically cycle through contacts with minimal manual effort between calls.
- Log call activity, recordings, and outcomes directly back into Discovered — no manual notes required.
How to set up PhoneBurner:
- Go to your Profile Settings in Discovered.
- Locate the PhoneBurner section and enter your PhoneBurner API (PAT) key.
- Save your settings — the integration is now active.
- Select candidates from any list and click the PhoneBurner dial button to start a session.
Note: This feature may require a qualifying PhoneBurner subscription tier. Please check your PhoneBurner plan before setting up the integration.

9. Scheduling Redesign
Discovered's scheduling experience has been completely redesigned. The new Scheduling Settings centralize availability management, scheduling links, calendar integrations, interview reminders, and upcoming interview tracking — all in one place. Teams can now create multiple scheduling links for different interview types, run group interviews with multiple candidates per session, and set automated reminders to reduce no-shows.
Key capabilities:
- Multiple scheduling links — create separate links for phone screens, video interviews, group sessions, or in-person interviews. Duplicate or copy links as needed.
- General availability controls — set interview buffers, earliest scheduling notice, maximum booking windows, and available hours per day.
- Calendar and meeting tool integrations — connect Google or Microsoft calendars; Discovered can automatically generate Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meeting details and include them in interview invitations.
- Group interviews — create group scheduling links with set session dates, maximum attendee counts, and candidate self-scheduling. Candidates can withdraw or choose a different session if needed.
- Automated reminders — configure up to five email or SMS reminders per channel, timed minutes, hours, days, or weeks before the interview. Reminders automatically adjust if an interview is rescheduled.
- Manage Interviews view — filter upcoming interviews by your own or your team's, and cancel, edit, or update reminders directly.
Note: This feature is currently behind a feature flag while production validation is ongoing. It can be activated per client from the admin system by enabling "Use new profile page" in the company profile settings. Contact your Discovered admin or support team to request early access.

10. Move Candidate to Another Status (Conditional)
A new version of the "Move to another status" automation that supports conditional, trigger-based routing. When assigned to a status, you can define which triggers the automation listens for and move candidates to different statuses depending on which one fires. It also includes a new rule to route candidates automatically based on their star rating.
Note: If configured to move candidates based on their rating as soon as they apply, the rating may not be immediately available, so other automations on the status might execute first. Plan your automation sequence accordingly.
Why This Matters
- Faster Candidate Outreach: AI Autocalls helps teams follow up with candidates automatically when key workflow actions are needed, such as completing assessments or scheduling interviews.
- Better Hiring Visibility: Custom dashboard widgets make it easier for users and teams to monitor active jobs, hiring metrics, paused jobs, candidate activity, and other key updates in one place.
- Improved Job Board Performance: Repost Jobs gives teams a quick way to refresh job titles and descriptions, temporarily pause distribution, and automatically repost updated jobs to support better visibility.
- Stronger Account Connectivity: Microsoft account connections allow organizations to support Microsoft SSO, Outlook calendar sync, email integration, and scheduling workflows with proper admin consent.
- More Consistent Team Workflows: Shared dashboards, automated calls, connected calendars, and refreshed job postings help reduce manual follow-up and keep teams aligned inside Discovered.
Use Cases
- Candidate Follow-Up: Use AI Autocalls to remind candidates to complete assessments, schedule interviews, or take other required next steps.
- High-Volume Hiring: Automate outreach and dashboard monitoring so recruiters can manage larger candidate pools with less manual tracking.
- Team Dashboard Alignment: Use a shared company dashboard when managers, recruiters, and admins need to view the same hiring metrics and priority widgets.
- Individual Productivity: Let users customize their own dashboards so each role can focus on the information most relevant to their workflow.
- Underperforming Job Posts: Use Repost Jobs when a job needs refreshed content, has low visibility, or may be affected by duplicate job flags.
- Microsoft-Based Organizations: Enable Microsoft account connections when users need SSO, Outlook email, calendar sync, or Microsoft scheduling support inside Discovered.
- Workflow Automation: Combine AI Autocalls with status automations so candidate outreach stops automatically when the task is completed or the candidate moves to another status.
Best Practices
- AI Autocalls: Write clear call context so the AI agent knows exactly what action the candidate needs to take. Test the setup before using it at scale.
- AI Autocalls: Review completed call summaries, transcripts, recordings, and candidate communication history to confirm outreach quality.
- Dashboard Customization: Place the most important widgets near the top of the dashboard, such as active jobs, candidates needing attention, or hiring metrics.
- Shared Dashboards: Enable a shared company dashboard when your team needs one consistent view. Keep individual customization enabled when users need role-specific layouts.
- Repost Jobs: Review and edit AI-generated job titles and descriptions before applying the repost. Avoid using the feature across every job at once while it is still in beta.
- Microsoft Connections: Have a Global Administrator or Privileged Role Administrator grant consent for the DiscoveredATS application instead of creating a separate custom app registration.
- Microsoft Connections: Review security and permission requirements with your IT team before enabling Microsoft SSO, Outlook email, or calendar sync.
