The Candidate Activity Report in Discovered gives you detailed, up-to-date insights into how candidates are moving through your hiring process. Unlike weekly summary emails, this report allows you to explore custom date ranges, multiple jobs at once, and specific activity types—all from a single view.
This report is especially useful for understanding application volume, assessment progress, interview completion, and reference check activity in greater detail.
How to access Candidate Activity Reports:
1. Access the Candidate Activity Report
- Navigate to Reports in the top navigation bar.
- Select Candidate Activity from the list of available reports.
2. Configure Your View
Customize the report to match what you want to analyze:
- Date Range: Choose specific timeframes to see more current or historical activity.
- Jobs: View activity across all jobs or filter by specific job postings.
