Verify Employer Linking Between Discovered and Indeed
Ensure your Indeed Employer account properly recognizes jobs posted via Discovered.
Overview
Sometimes, when Discovered posts jobs to Indeed, the jobs can still receive traffic on Indeed—but they may not appear inside your Indeed Employer dashboard. This usually happens when your Indeed Employer account is not fully linked to Discovered as the ATS source.
Linking your employer account helps prevent “silent failures” and gives Indeed a clear path to assign job ownership and surface ingestion issues.
Step-by-step setup:
1. Confirm You Have Your Career Page Link:
- You’ll need your Discovered career page link (example format:
yourcompanyname.discovered.ai) to include in your request to Indeed Support.
2. Contact Indeed Support to Link the Employer:
- Ask the client to contact Indeed Support and request that their Indeed Employer account be linked to Discovered (Discovered.ai).

Message:
“Hi, We are using the ATS Discovered.ai and I am unable to integrate it on our employer Indeed account. Requesting assistance to integrate our ATS. Career page: INSERT CAREER PAGE LINK. I look forward to hearing from you.

Even if jobs are receiving applicants, employer linking helps:
