Overview

AcquireROI allows employers to sponsor job postings directly from within Discovered to increase visibility and attract more qualified candidates faster. Instead of relying only on organic traffic, sponsored distribution helps your roles appear in front of a larger audience across job advertising networks.

This feature is especially valuable for high-priority openings, difficult-to-fill roles, and hiring teams looking to improve applicant volume and hiring speed while maximizing recruiting ROI.

Important: The AcquireROI feature must first be enabled for your account by a Discovered administrator before it becomes available.

AcquireROI Sponsored Job Distribution:

1. Open the Job Sponsorship Section

Open the job you want to sponsor.

Navigate to: Find and Evaluate Talent → Job Boards.

Under the Sponsored Distribution section, locate the AcquireROI card.

2. Choose a Sponsorship Plan

Click the AcquireROI card.

If the job has not yet been sponsored, you’ll see multiple sponsorship plan options available.

Select the campaign plan that best fits your hiring needs.

3. Complete Checkout

After selecting a plan:

Review the sponsorship details
Enter your payment information
Confirm the purchase

Once completed, the job will begin its sponsored distribution campaign.

All of the campaigns are 30-days by default.

4. Monitor the Sponsored Campaign

After activation, the AcquireROI card will display:

Sponsorship status
Campaign details
Sponsorship end date

You can revisit the card anytime to review the campaign information.
